Please note: All registration fees include 19% German VAT. Kindly ensure that the correct invoice address and VAT number is entered during the online registration process, as invoices will be issued based on the information provided. According to Section 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), a VAT number is only required on an invoice if the recipient is a business entity. For private individuals (i.e., non-business customers), the invoice must not include the recipient’s VAT number, since private persons typically do not have one.

Once you have registered online for the 27th World Congress of IACAPAP 2026 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO and can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Particularly for payments from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, as charges for bank transfers may apply on both sides.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of your participation by 20 January 2026, the registration fee will be fully refunded. For cancellations between 21 January 2026 and 30 April 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee 25% of the registration fee. After 1 May 2026, no refunds will be issued. Please notify the Congress and Exhibition Office at iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de of your cancellation in writing.

Cancellation due to visa rejection or similar reasons
A refund of the registration fee minus a processing fee of 25% of the registration fee is possible. This is only valid with written confirmation / submission of the rejection letter to iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de. The Congress and Exhibition Office reserves the right to refuse this refund if insufficient documentation is provided.
Cancellation due to personal illness
We understand that unexpected situations such as personal illness can arise. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to personal illness. We appreciate your understanding.
Invitation letter
Invitation letter
Upon request to the Congress and Exhibition Office at iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de, the congress organizer will send a formal letter of invitation to registered (and paid) delegates for visa purposes. We generally need the following details from the congress participant: first name, last name, date of birth, passport number, issued date, expiry date, nationality.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Invitation letters will be sent by email or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at her/his own expense.
