Group Registration Guidelines
For companies wishing to register 10 or more delegates, we offer a group registration option.
Minimum requirement
- A minimum of 10 registration vouchers must be purchased.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Delegate names and contact details must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the congress (Deadline: 1 June 2026).
Required information for group registration
To process your group registration, please provide:
- Total number of vouchers/registrations
- Applicable registration fee
- Group name / pharmaceutical company name
- Invoice address
- VAT number
Please contact the Congress and Exhibition Office at iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de to submit the required information.
Mandatory contact details for each delegate
- Full name
- Gender
- Academic title
- Country
- Email address
Account activation
Once payment is received:
- Each delegate will receive an account activation email.
- Delegates must activate their account using the same email address submitted via group registration and set a personal password.
- Confirmation emails will be sent to the group coordinator, or if preferred, directly to the individual delegates.
Note: After 24 June 2026, each name change will incur a fee of EUR 100.
Groups with fewer than 10 participants
Please ask delegates to:
- Create an online account and select the appropriate registration fee, or
- You may create accounts on their behalf using their contact details and email addresses.
Then:
- Send an email to iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de indicating which delegates you will pay for.
- A credit card payment link will be provided. Bank transfers are also accepted.
Payment instructions
- To pay by credit card, request a payment link via iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de.
- Late orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
- Final payment deadline for late orders after 1 June 2025: 26 June 2025
We reserve the right to decline group registrations if payment is not received on time.
