27th IACAPAP Congress 2026 | 1- 4 July 2026 | CCH Hamburg
CME Credits

CME Accreditation

The 27th World Congress of IACAPAP 2026, taking place 1–4 July 2026 at CCH Hamburg, will be accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Participants will receive European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Expected CME Credits for the Congress

  • Half congress day: 4 CME credits
  • Full congress day: 8 CME credits

Exact allocation per day will be announced after accreditation.

The congress will also be accredited by the Ärztekammer Hamburg. German physicians can expect 6 CME credits per full congress day and 3 credits per half day.

Participants attending the Workshop Programme may receive additional CME credits per course.

Please note: CME credits can only be claimed either for the congress or for workshops within the same time frame.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes (UEMS) and the American Medical Association (AMA), physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Live educational activities outside Canada, recognised by UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s, are considered Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) under the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Certificates and CME Credits

Each medical specialist should claim only the hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity. Certificates of attendance including CME credits can be requested online after the congress. Full attendance, payment, and completion of the congress evaluation will be required to receive CME credits.
