How do I register for the congress?
Online registration is now open. Please navigate to the registration tab to see the registration fees and conditions. There you will find a "Register now online" button.
If you already have an account from previous congresses, please log in with your existing credentials. Otherwise, please create a new account.
How much is the registration fee?
Fees depend on your country category according to the World Bank income classification and on your member status. A full overview of categories and fees is available on the registration page.
Can I register more than one person?
No, each participant must register individually, as the registration is linked to a personal account. You will need your own email address to register, as it will be used to contact you, bookmark sessions, or submit abstracts. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
For group registrations of 10 or more participants, please contact us via email: iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de.
Can I register for only one day?
No, day passes are not available.
Is there a discount option?
Yes. Reduced fees are available for IACAPAP members and depending on the income category of your country.
Additional discounts are available for undergraduate students, post-graduate students, Master‘s Students, and fellows.

What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fee for the participants includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to poster and technical exhibition
- Final programme (PDF version) and Congress App
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception
- Coffee breaks
Where do I find the cancellation policy?
The cancellation and refund policy is published in detail on the registration page. Please check the conditions carefully before registering.
I am a speaker at the congress – do I need to register?
Yes. speakers are required to register. Invited keynote speakers have already been registered free of charge by the Congress Office. You have received an email prior to the congress to activate your account and do not need to register again.
2. Abstracts, Programme, Exhibition
Where can I submit my work?
Please navigate to the Abstract Submission page. Here you will find detailed information to consider before submitting your abstract or symposium. There, you will also find a link to submit your work.
What types of abstracts are accepted?
We accept submissions for poster and oral presentations as well as entire scientific symposia.
Where can I view the complete scientific programme?
The scientific programme is not yet available, as we are currently still in the submission phase. At the end of this year or the beginning of the next, we will publish the preliminary programme on our website.
I am a speaker – how, when and where do I upload my slides?
Speakers will be invited to upload their slides prior to the congress. Uploading them online is the easiest way to submit your slides. If you have done the upload already and need to make a change in the presentation, please notify the Congress Office at iacapap2026@cpo-hanser.de.
If you are not able to upload your slides online prior to the congress, there will be a Speakers’ Centre at the venue for last minute submissions.
I am a speaker/abstract author—when will I be informed whether my talk has been accepted?
Reviewing periods:
- Symposia: 5 November 2025 – 20 November 2025
- Poster & Oral Presentations: 26 January 2026 – 16 February 2026
All submitters will be informed about their submission shortly after the end of the reviewing period via the provided email.

Will the congress be CME accredited?
We will submit a request at the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) and apply for CME credits.
Closer to the congress, we can provide more information about the expected amount of credits and final approval.
Are there any industry sessions planned during the congress?
We have planned several slots for industry sponsored symposia as well as HotSpot sessions. We will provide more information about the booked slots closer to the congress.
Do I need to pay an additional fee to visit the Industry Exhibition?
No, the Industry Exhibition can be visited free of charge for paid delegates. Make sure not to miss the Networking Reception on 1 July 2026!
What are the opening hours of the Technical Exhibition?
We will post the opening hours of the Technical Exhibition closer to the congress.
3. Venue, Travel & Accommodation
What is the address of the congress venue?
The CCH - Congress Center Hamburg is a congress center of the highest international standard and one of the largest congress centers in Europe.

Is there a virtual or hybrid option?
No. This year's congress is an on-site event and won't be live streamed nor recorded. If you can't attend this year's congress, we hope to welcome you back in 2028!
Is a public transport ticket included in the congress registration fee?
Will there be catering during the congress?
No. We will provide tea and coffee during the breaks scheduled in the programme (not yet finalized). There will be several lunch stations where delegates can purchase a lunch of their choosing during the lunchtime/industry sponsored symposia slots. Some industry partners may provide lunch.
Do you offer free WiFi at the venue?
Yes, we will publish the information closer to the congress on our website, on the app, and via social media.

4. General Information & Contact
Why should I attend the congress?
To say it in the words of Tobias Banaschewski (Congress President) and Luis Augusto Rohde (President IACAPAP): "The central theme of the meeting is extremely relevant since we need to discuss evidence-based interventions in CAMH that can be quickly translated to services in the context of implementation science."
What language will the congress be held in?
The official congress language is English. There will be no translation software or translator on-site.
I have an accessibility requirement – who can I contact?
It is very important to us that our congress is accessible to all. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us as far in advance of the congress as possible so that necessary arrangements can be made. Rest assured, the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg is a convention center without barriers.
