Abstract Submission

Submission for oral presentation and poster abstracts is now closed.

We warmly thank all contributors for the overwhelming number of submissions. More than 800 abstracts were received, giving our reviewers plenty of exciting work ahead.

Late submissions cannot be accepted, and please note that changes to submitted abstracts are no longer possible.

If you have submitted an abstract, you may wait to pay your congress registration fee until you receive your acceptance or rejection notification at the end of February 2026 (even if you have received your invoice by email). Your registration will remain valid in the meantime; payment will be due once your notification has been issued. 

If you are chairperson or speaker of an accepted symposium, please note that the registration and payment was due 20 January 2026. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to exclude sessions from the programme if registration and payment are not completed. Notifications will be sent within the next few days if the acceptance status of a symposium has been changed. 

The Early Bird registration period has ended as well. Regular congress fees apply from now until 30 April 2026.
